Founder of K&PIONEERS, Kübra DURDU holds a degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA. With over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry, she has worked at globally leading companies such as Bosch and Renault, gaining extensive expertise.
Throughout her career, she has led numerous national and international projects in the fields of Digital Transformation & Industry 4.0, Industrial Automation Systems, Agile/Scrum Project Management, Business Process Analysis, and Corporate Change Management.
Her international experience in France and Turkey has enabled her to work with multicultural teams, developing strong expertise in strategic planning, multicultural team management, and technology-driven business development.
Concurrently with her professional work, she has been actively involved in the well-established Women@Bosch community for 5 years, serving as a Global Board member in the last two years.
During this period, she developed and implemented projects to help women build stronger networks in the business world, develop themselves, and inspire those around them. This experience has further strengthened her passion for empowering women's roles in the business world beyond her professional journey.
